Tony Dungy’s first head coaching job was with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He experienced a good amount of success, but the organization felt he couldn’t get the job done in the playoffs so he was let go. Since then, he has made a name as one of the more successful coaches in the NFL through his running of the Indianapolis Colts franchise that won the Super Bowl following the 2006 season.
