Earl Campbell was one of the greatest running backs ever to play the game. He broke onto the NFL scene after winning the Heisman Trophy at the University of Texas. He possessed the kind of speed, power, and agility that is rarely seen in a running back of his size. Due to injuries, Campbell would only play seven seasons in the NFL, but he would drfinitely leave his mark on the field… and on some opposing players as well.
