Steve Bartkowski was the longtime quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons during the mid to late 1970s and the early to mid 1980s. The team took him with the first overall pick in the 1975 NFL Draft out of the University of California. He put up some very good numbers over the years and was regarded as a very good quarterback, despite the fact that there often was not much other talent on the team.
