- Hall-of-Fame Linebacker Dick Butkis, famous from his days playing with the NFL’s Chicago Bears, was originally announced as the Head Coach of the Enforcers; he resigned before the season began to take a different position with the XFL and Ron Meyer was named Head Coach instead.
- The Enforcers had two players that had seen time as Running Backs in the NFL; LeShon Johnson and John Avery.
